I have no idea how to describe your layout in one word. The only word that comes to mind is "stuffy". There's a lot of stuff on it and it's pretty organized but... sometime enough is enough. I'm not saying that you should minimize your navigation to nothing but there is a limit of how much advertising I'd like to see and how much I'd like to move the scrollbar.
